Expect to meet new friends, try something a little different each week, and dip your toes into the art of contemporary dance with lots of laughs along the way! The short class duration and simplicity of material make this a perfect drop-in class and a stepping stone to try more classes with MING MVMT or elsewhere in the city.

  • Absolute Beginner is perfect for ANYONE who is interested in trying contemporary dance! No previous experience is needed in any style. Class moves gently, which also makes it a great starting point for those looking to begin moving their bodies in service of self-expression and exploration.
