Previously known as BO’S BASICS, the 8-Week Contemporary Dance Progressives include everything you need to start - or continue - your contemporary dance training.
Progressives include:
Targeted, full body warm-up + conditioning
Across the floor progressions + centre practice
Choreography - filmed in small groups on the final day
Participants will be added to a group chat and receive access to a Google Drive folder with videos of class exercises and choreography for (optional) additional practice.

Beginner: Tuesday evenings from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Beg/Int: Saturday mornings from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Int/Adv: Saturday afternoons from 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM

All classes will be held at George Brown Casa Loma Campus, in the Ballet Jörgen dance studios (160 Kendal Ave, 6-minute walk from Dupont Station)
