BEGINNER
This is your level if:
You have less than 2-years of dance experience in any genre and want to understand and develop your technical foundations, such as weight transfer, balance, alignment, and small jumps.
You take a couple drop-in dance classes a month and want to improve your ability to pick-up choreography, while also developing foundational technique
You did a few years of dance in your childhood and are excited to try dancing again with a new, welcoming, and encouraging community
BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE
This is your level if:
You primarily train in other styles (heels, jazz funk, pole, etc.) and want to strengthen technical elements including leg lines, turns, balance, alignment/posture, and jumps

You are a former recreational or part-time competitive dancer who misses the environment, community, and practice of technique class
