      • Lyrical(ish) combo - different each week!

  • BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE

    • This is your level if:

      • You primarily train in other styles (heels, jazz funk, pole, etc.) and want to strengthen technical elements including leg lines, turns, balance, alignment/posture, and jumps

      • You take multiple drop-in dance classes a week and excel at picking-up/following along with choreography, but struggle to fully/safely execute technical elements

      • You are a former recreational or part-time competitive dancer who misses the environment, community, and practice of technique class

    • Dancers in this level likely:

      • Opt for a balance in rétiré or single pirouette

      • Feel most comfortable in first or second position

      • Keep most extensions below 90 degrees
