Rebecca Ward, or Becca to their friends, (they/she) is a Toronto-based actor, dancer, and singer. Originally from Treaty 1 Territory in Winnipeg, Rebecca grew up dancing in the studio, at school, and anywhere she could. After graduating from high school, Rebecca moved to Toronto to attend Sheridan College, where they studied musical theatre in the Honours Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance Program. She graduated in 2024 with a BA in musical theatre and has since had the opportunity to dance on stage and screen! You can find Rebecca movin’ and groovin’ on Netflix and Disney+, as well as in theatres in and around the city. Rebecca is a firm believer that anyone and everyone can (and should) dance, and believes that performing art spaces foster some of the most meaningful connections. From teaching children of all ages in dance and musical theatre, Rebecca has seen firsthand how influential art can be as a teaching and community-building tool. When she’s not performing or teaching, Rebecca works as an Educational Assistant for the TDSB, tends to their many houseplants, embroiders, reads queer romance novels, and plays way too much Stardew Valley!

Clara Chemtov is a Montreal-raised and Toronto-based emerging movement artist and sound designer with a passion for spunky, theatrical, and emotional creation. Since completing their BFA in Dance at York University, they have been exploring themes of queerness, humanity, and relationships through an absurdist lens. Their most recent works have been centred around “otherness”, exploring dehumanization through movement and character work. Clara has been fortunate to work with several choreographers including Alyssa Martin, Kyra Jean Green, and Alireza Keymanesh. Select credits include showing their work at Fall For Dance North’s International Presenters Program, dancing in the premiere of The Smile Club with Trip the Light Fantastic at Festival Quartiers Danses and performing in the restaging of DINO with Rock Bottom Movement at Guelph Dance. Clara is also the co-artistic director of Projet Ambidanse. Their multimedia collective produces staged choreographic works and films with artists in their community. Most recently, they premiered Are You Listening? at the Montreal Fringe Festival, earning nominations for best choreography and best emerging production. When they aren’t busy creating, they can be found reading fantasy novels, drinking bubble tea, and inventing new soups. Delia Clark-Bautista (she/her) is a Mexican-Canadian artist and performer, and graduate of Sheridan College’s Music Theatre Performance Program. She has studied acting, dancing, singing, and piano, and is interested in writing and composing. As an artist, she is passionate about telling brave and compelling stories, especially ones that challenge us to view the world through a new perspective. Her hope is that through the stories she tells, someone will feel inspired, heard, or will learn something new. Delia is very grateful to have found such a caring dance family at MING MVMT and is excited to be a part of the first show!!

Kayla Champis is a contemporary dance artist and educator based in Toronto, Ontario. Originally from Vancouver Island, BC, she trained at Laurie Tinkler School of Dance and Love to Perform Theatre Arts before joining Dancestreams Youth Dance Company. While with Dancestreams, she performed works by renowned Canadian choreographers including Alysa Pires, Alison Denham, and Heather Myers. A graduate of the Dance Arts Institute, Kayla also holds a BFA in Dance from York University. She has performed in notable works, such as Stephanie Lake’s Colossus, and is continuing to develop her choreographic voice through improvisation and movement exploration. Kayla is passionate about dance mentorship and education. She has taught various dance styles to students of all ages and currently works as the choreographic and teaching assistant for Ming-Bo Lam. Kayla’s multifaceted dedication to dance - spanning performance, education, production, and mentorship - drives her to inspire creativity and shape the future of the dance community.

Kyla Featherstone is a Toronto-based dancer, teacher, and choreographer. She grew up in the Ottawa area, training in many styles including tap, jazz, contemporary, ballet, hip hop, and more. Kyla’s heart lies in choreographing contemporary routines and inspiring younger dancers at various studios throughout the GTA. Most recently, she trained under Mitchell Jackson and other award-winning choreographers and teachers at Intrepid Dance Company in Markham, Ontario. Kyla has previously choreographed and danced for well-known Ottawa drag queen “Devona Coe” and performed with her on the National Arts Centre stage in Ottawa. Kyla looks forward to continuing her dance journey as a performer as well as inspiring the next generation through her teaching.

Madi Novakovic is a Toronto-based dancer, teacher, and choreographer. Madi grew up dancing and training in the Toronto area, and graduated from Earl Haig Secondary School for the Claude Watson Arts Program where she majored in Dance. Madi went on to attend Western University in London, Ontario where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Dance. Her understanding of the social sciences informs her teaching and inspires her choreographic process, helping her connect with and support dancers of all backgrounds. She is grateful to have had many opportunities to train under various prestigious choreographers and teachers. Madi currently teaches and choreographs at numerous studios in the GTA and surrounding areas, and has received countless awards for her unique and captivating choreography. As she continues her journey, Madi looks forward to continue to develop her craft as a dancer and teacher.

Nadia Dardano is a Toronto-based multidisciplinary artist working across dance, choreography, and mixed-media performance. She graduated with Honours from Toronto Metropolitan University, where she received the Lipson Family Endowment for outstanding choreography. Her performance credits include works by Adam Barruch, Alysa Pires, Alyssa Martin, Vicki St-Denys, Esie Mensah, and Raoul Pillay, among others. Nadia has furthered her training through international programs including Springboard Danse, B12 Research or Die, and Henny Jurriëns Summer Intensive. Her choreographic work has been presented across Ontario, and she continues to create performance works that explore movement, collaboration, and contemporary approaches to mixed-media art.

Vincent is a queer Filipino-Canadian dancer, creator, and performer based in Toronto/karonto, where he continues to learn, work, play, and build community through movement. An Honours graduate of George Brown College's Commercial Dance Program, Vincent has trained across contemporary, ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, acting, singing, and musical theatre. Their diverse training has helped shape a dynamic artistic voice rooted in emotion, storytelling, and physical expression. Alongside their technical practice, Vincent is deeply interested in creating immersive work and movement with meaning. They continue to collaborate with artists and collectives across the GTA, bringing curiosity, openness, and imagination into every creative space they enter.
